Due to lack of formal educational structure in this particular community in camps, the biggest challenge is how to create a sustainable and supportive educational environment. The dilemma to the children living in refugee camps lies in the lackness of any role models to follow. It will be more beneficial if their parents even younger parents(especially 16-30) are to educated in first stage based on following:-

- Divide the whole refugee community in three main groups.i.e. Strong in numerical skills, strong in verbal ability regardless of any language & people having spatial ability (graphics/art/design). This diagnostics can be done through an approved aptitude test( Test available & approved by British Psychological Society, UK)

- Educate these identified groups through activity based education & allow the parents to bring their children in classes. As parents' attendance becoming consistent, start the kids’ area with similar activities through child facilitators. This learning shift will eventually push the right aptitude people to become resource to earn through skill or ability. These actions will create huge impact on children making them to continue studying in relevant areas of interest.

Thank you. Actually this idea was conceived during my existing project for aptitude testing. I can share some extracts of reports, types of test questions to grab more attention on this proposed idea. Do you think its enough at this stage ?
