From my point of view, I highly agree that training refugee teachers is lifting up the performance of the students. Because, for example, a teacher who lacks teaching skill seldom could the students understand him/her. Therefore, the student get negative attitude toward this subject. And the gap that formed would have affected the student's education life, as a result, less performance in the exams are recorded.
