How specifically will these materials be incorporated into your solution?

Firstly poly vinyl chloride will be cut and designed to a shape that fits the part of the body the that the orthotic device is being used for e.g for the back slab The PVC itself will be shaped to fit the affected lower limb extending from the greater tronchanter to a few centimeters above the lateral malleolus, the upper end will be half the circumference of the thigh at the level of the greater tronchanter while the lower end will be half the diameter of the leg a few centimeters above the lateral malleolus. The synthetic leather will be cut in the shape of the outer part of the PVC and fixed to the posterior aspect with the aid of a strong adhesive material, the laminated EVA foam will be used as padding for the inside of the PVC with the aid of adhesive material.
