Nike brand believes in human potential and serves people through its products. Nike Cyclists' World is a complementary environment dedicated for cyclists and hand cyclists (also for those with movement disabilities who are not able to use a standard bicycle) delivering meaningful customer experience through:

1) infrastructure: luminous rubber paths

2) equipment providing safety and comfort

to inspire, motivate and protect users’ lives.

Infrastructure:

Luminous paths  -> paths dedicated to cyclists, constructed from rubber and luminophores that charge during the day and glow for up to 10 hours (without any additional source of energy).

Equipment:

a) providing safety -> e.g. bicycle helmets, safety vests, safety knee pads, tires

b) providing comfort -> e.g. bicycle seats, gloves, baskets, travelling bags, waterproof jackets/raincoats, wind protection trailers

The whole ecosystem of this project should take into account users' personalized experience (including e.g. psychological needs, social connections, self-actualization = personal potential) and should aim at 3 fundamentals:

1) Utility (to meet individual needs)

2) Usability (to provide easy interactions within this project)

3) Pleasurablity (to motivate/inspire, to make people feel fulfilled)

Exemplary, potential actions within this project includes:

-to connect people (professionals, standard users, prospective users) through the infrastructure, dedicated platform/Nike’s existing app (with professional athletes’ support), marathons, trainings

-to inspire (benefits from sport : physical /e.g. to reduce obesity/, mental /e.g. to increase brain's efficiency/, social /to join inspiring environment, to meet new friends/)

-to rise consciousness regarding disabilities (integrating cyclists with hand cyclists who are not able to ride a standard bike, creating hand cyclists' community)

-to co-create ( implementing personalization platform so that users would be able to co-design products using personalization)

- to gain significance (Nike’s web voting where to construct the luminous path, etc.)

-to bring impact through gamification (taking a part in charity actions: e.g. collecting kilometers through app and support children/athletes in need

-to promote safety as taking care of users' lives ( the most precious value) and to promote responsibility = sustainable solutions ( using various channels of communication, including multi solutions touchpoints as QR codes, etc.)
