We propose using the Grind materials to create a fundamentally transformative brand extension, allowing Nike to dramatically inspire creativity & jump-start IDEO design thinking innovation into the global education community.
Our program, which provides the raw materials for high-impact/low-cost, “do-it-yourself”, “have it your way” design thinking programs, cuts across all demographics, cultures, geographies, income levels, genders & language abilities.
All users & stakeholders of our concept are empowered to create their own tailored programs, totally & uniquely aligned to their core purpose & values, at lower cost, unconstrained by existing systems (e.g. LEGO’s) and gain the priceless, unprecedented sense of achievement from co-creating their own art forms.
Using “crowd-sourcing” mechanisms, reward systems & publicity/social media, pioneering participants will share their progress & stimulate viral expansion of the Nike.ID/IDEO co-branded creative arts program throughout the global education population, launching a new, cost-effective social impact juggernaut unprecedented, not just in the athletic apparel or equipment industries, but in any consumer, health or commercial enterprise, even beyond free laptops, nutritional assistance or micro-lending.
