Use the grind to make small windmill propellers for applications that can be used in more places

Between buildings or in corridors where wind can be steady and relatively high are great places for power generating windmills. Even on a small scale, using wind powered generators can help to improve the environment. Using the grind to make the propellers could be adapted to fit any setting with regards to space and aesthetics.

It could be used to make propellers to collect wind for power generation that can applied in small application settings (i.e. between buildings, on top of buildings, in windy corridors,) and designed to be cosmetically appealing.

Everyone. Commercial and residential building application. Anyone wanting to reduce our carbon footprint.

How will you scale your idea? Please describe in detail your plan to scale your concept.

Educate construction and architecture firms on the application options for this idea. Show them how easy it is to tie in power generation into their building designs. Point out the economic and tax benefits of incorporating green energy products in their structures.

How is your idea innovative?

It is innovative because it applies green energy generation into our everyday life, made by repurposed materials.

What inspired this idea?

I was standing between buildings, while thinking about this challenge, and my hat flew off because of the strong wind. I waited for the wind to stop, but it didn't. It was a constantly strong current. I thought, if the goal of this project is to improve the environment, then, why not build turbines?
