Create surfaces have a germistatic feature ( can be expand to be biocide feature-as need)

This surfaces can produced by integration of germistatic (biocide) agent with EVA , Rubber materials (individually or integrated) to form 3G system

-integration of germistatic agent with nike grind materials provide surfaces have capacity to inhibit microbes growth on it and destroy the growing one

As a result of high variation of germistatic (biocides) agents materials , nike grind rubber , EVA materials using

3G system is elastic system in its production techniques , formulas , applying….etc

Nike grind not use in medical, food applications in the conventional sense

Its use limited to : providing an environement free of microbes and it can use in: beds Mattresses( fixed and mobile) , grounds ( hospitals , surgery rooms , playing rooms in children hospitals…etc)

As shown in project materials (Rubber , EVA , biocide agent) can be integrated by different techniques but main frame is fusion ( as happen in recycling)- addition of biocide agent – compress to be one surface * this technique of incorporation of materials is a general procedure but final process will detect by prototypes.manufacture

Veterinary field as grounds of animal hangars , houses of pets …etc Sport field: swimming pools , play grounds ,gyms….etc Medical field: grounds , walls , beds Mattresses , nurseries….etc Agriculture field: Insecticides surfaces and traps, agriculture pots materials General social field: food factories , kitchens in restaurants, general toilets , elderly care institutes grounds , manufacture of rubbish boxes.....etc Logistic field: as armies uses , transporting ships,eco-paving..,etc

How will you scale your idea? Please describe in detail your plan to scale your concept.

Scale idea: Integrate Another materials as shown in project -integration ( material with each other ) -prototype ( different formulas ) - testing - Selection of best formula to target use -applying development plan ---idea presented to selected marketplaces have many selling points : Saving money, time and effort Providing sustainable protection reduce high using of disinfectants ( biocides) chemicals ----obstacles overcome : Persuasion Putting surfaces under harsh conditions ( moisture , pollution….etc) And test it (biocide level ) and reflection of this on saving capitals about cost and using detective materials for special infections : 3G system is elastic to supply all customers needs

How is your idea innovative?

Innovations mainly in design of new surfaces away of sporting uses , keep electronics as: mobiles , manufacture of toys…etc from ordinary uses of recycling materials . Innovation on design reflect on business model which can cover wide range of applications Create of new business drive to create of new formulas as customer needs which make us innovate in technical , manufacture processes to reach to best activity of product . 3G system is a revolution in special surfaces , biocides field

What inspired this idea?

---Absence of sustain clean environment specially in fields as: nurseries , elderly care institutes , animal hangars…..etc ---High using of disinfectants , biocides ---mobility of biocides to natural resources ---importance of presence of surfaces have biocides activity features

my name: sharl atef sadek I am innovative chemist from Egypt ( I have innocentive award ) i have many chemical innovations in many fields as waste managment i have a good knowledge with many different chemical sections as hygiene , biocides

Integrate special chemical agents to surfaces to obtain special surfaces can have special features as: biocide integration of a special chemical agent to surface can create high varities of uses as water proof , biocide , managment of attaching , create fabricated solutions .
