  • Whit this solution we are seeking 3 solutions
    • Dicrease the average of felling of trees
    • Dicrease the invasión for the plastic polution in the nature
    • Complete the loop of  consumption of  raw material that could  come back to the ground of one direct form , cleanly and short time (do not more 1 year).

Through  of the use of sheeps of a natural plant that just present  a unic property that hold the hut , we maked a powdered for generate the base material , then  we investigated and generated a biodegradable resin that serves us as agglutinate and layer of protect anti spill and insulator, this resin could harvest in the ground and be consumed for the earth  as a natural nutrient . When we have the element seems the paper and that could be  milling and formed terro. This component  allow make a lot of products almost the same form that be do it today  , only that with materials that the material coming to be sustentables and responsables with  environment medium .

The primordial advantage of our raw material is the volume with the Latin America and Asia produce , considerate waste  , this source is unic for extract the fibers for the bags , proteins ,etc.

How is your concept recoverable?

Latin America has many natural resources in common that are treated as waste, we look for in these raw materials the ideal components for the production of plastics, since its volume was very high, its production very simple and its transfer very basic, however, very few people used this raw material. Seeing that its physical and chemical consistency fitted very well to our goal of manufacturing material we could realize that it could also be used as fertilizer in the soil after treating it with natural binders. There are hundreds of tons of this material that are handled per year, and we want to give it an additional treatment to complete the production cycle of the same plant and that the waste is as small as possible. This material can maintain high temperatures by including resin in low quantity, we ensure the temporary detachment of the fibers, it allows at the same time to isolate both external and internal temperatures.

How have you incorporated additional sustainability attributes (beyond recoverability) into your solution?

The solution including a material that is considered a trash, the most important is that after used it you can use like fertilizer, we also seek to reduce the cutting of trees. The development of this product would boost the economy of poor regions of the country, with little access to education and health.

What regions do you plan to address with your solution (and how will you accomplish this)?

In my region, culture is very difficult to deal with in terms of waste management, since there are no mechanisms or even means in which people can have a culture of recycling or reuse, then developing countries are the most affected in the use of plastic such as Latin Americans, for this reason we seek within our region to cover this region, since it is the largest that exploits this resource with little environmental awareness.

The markets most benefited are fast food, beverages and disposable utensils, our raw material seeks to adapt to current manufacturing methods, without limiting them to create new and faster, we also seek to adjust to the current values and costs for the materials used Nowadays, the manufacturing technique is very close to the current industries, the consistency of the material provides a texture very similar to duroport, it can be used to coat other materials and harden them, we can create cores of multiple materials and coat them with the same resin, we have only generated a prototype until nowadays the shape and color are friendly, but we are still improving

What are the biggest challenges you are facing today? What are existing gaps in your solution?

It is really complicated to generate research and development if you do not have the right tools, to decompose the fibrous membranes of our main material we need basic processes of dehydration and pulverization, which were all done manually, with few standardized controls, the purpose was always to validate the concept, after this we had to ally ourselves with universities to be able to do the chemical tests of the resin, tests after tests that help to find the combination between catalysts and proteins (we are still refining the formula). It was also difficult to measure the supply chain, the key suppliers if, in this case, this proposal could work, measure volumes.

Please describe how becoming a Top Idea will support the growth of your concept.

We are in a very good phase, this program will allow us to complete our prototype phase, product consolidation, design and shaping of the production chain, pilot plan and finally present the formal proposal to investors already on the way, we have already touched doors and many sectors are interested, we have a pool of 5 large potential customers that will help us generate mass production and mass, this fund will allow us to close the time gap.

Hi, the resin is only to paste materials like our invent because do the walls more stronger however is not epoxy
