Our Journal is designed to help the new mom, and experienced mom, and as a resource for providers. Writing down your thoughts has always been a great way to see your feelings. The use of the journal by all will on a daily help during the recovery stages.
I have attached the full Journal so that you can see that we take the word in INSPIRE and break each letter down so that those using the journey can INSPIRE themselves daily, by doing those steps daily and logging there feelings associated with each letter they can then use the journal a daily resource on their road to recovery.

At what stage is your idea?
Full-scale roll-out: I have completed a pilot and analyzed the impact of that pilot on the users I am trying to reach with my idea. I am ready to expand the pilot significantly.
What early, lightweight experiment might you try out in your own community to find out if the idea will meet your expectations?
We have proceeded past pilot stage. Over the past 2 years we have tested different areas and communities involving 115 women And we know that The journal is a useful tool. Our research has shown by including simply processes that can be performed on a daily it has proven to be very successful.
What skills, input or guidance from the OpenIDEO community would be most helpful in building out or refining your idea?
What we hope to receive from the collaboration is it will help us to reach more people globally. We live in a world where we want things in our daily life to be simple and not complicated I believe the use of this journal as a resource is very plan and simple and will have great impact worldwide.
Tell us about your work experience:
I am currently a Maternal Mental Health Advisor and A Licensed Community Health Worker. I have been a Business owner for 23 years. My experience of working directly with people is what has lead me to be an Advocate for better care. It is the drive behind us creating the journal.
