After suffering a concussion, game designer Jane McGonigal developed a game that can add years to your life by strengthening your level of resilience

In this TED talk Jane McGonical makes and emotional and convincing case on how gaming (setting yourself goals and working towards these (specific actions that are good for you are power-ups), recruiting allies to help you, etc.) can help to achieve your health goals — or recover from an illness or injury — by increasing your personal resilience. An aspect very relevant to healthy aging. 

The talk is very inspirational to watch, it is based on a lot of research.

Nice! I wonder if games and gamification will show up in the Ideas phase... I hope you'll contribute your ideas during that phase too, Annerieke.
