This guide is intended to provide general guidelines associated withthe relationship established between older users and digital oranalog interfaces.This document is a product of the thesis entitled "Relational Analysis between older users and digital transactionalservices to generate design guidelines." The main question that emerges from the research is:

What impact coordinates, and how they, skew relationships between elderly segment users and digital interfaces?

The four coordinates identified are:

Perceptual

Motor

Cognitive

Consumption

These four pillars were the basis of the following model, which establishes the points of connection between users and the coordinates.The guidelines presented are diverse and cited sources, and also anexplanation, are added to each comment that seeks to develop moresimply each point and an image that can serve as a reference.
