CrossFit for seniors and everyone!
Utilizing CrossFit, especially its sense of community and camaraderie, to link generations and maintain overall health and fitness as we age.
My inspiration comes from my background in doing CrossFit, which is a way of working out that uses varied, functional movements to improve overall health and fitness. It is a worldwide phenomenon that has participants of all ages, many of whom claim to be in the best shape of their life. When I look at older participants doing the same workouts as me, I can't help be be in awe of their fitness and hope to be that fit as I age too. To me, the best thing about CrossFit is the sense of community and camaraderie amongst those I work out with, as we support each other in our health and fitness goals. And this aspect is what I believe is key in helping us maintain well-being and thrive as we age.
