FREE maternal health care clinics - 3-in-1 approach

Here in South Africa rural villages are far between each other and spread out. So free mobile and stationary clinics are impreative to ensuring healthy families and communities. This also drives the HIV awareness and distribution of condoms which is a huge concern for South Africa. Lastly it allows for the creation of employment from the drivers, hostel managers and nurses. A large percentage of South Africans cannot read and write, however that same percent own cell phones!

Yes, sounds like a option! The communities are scattered and regional meetings could be held like church, where a community "mothers" or "Phone lady" could be waiting along with other basic serives. Maternal health and health in general can be dealt with in this manner?
