Order In/Take Out Culture
No time to cook and not a good cook if you had the time. Know of anyone who might be victims of the Dine In/Take Out Culture. I know I am one of them!
I am a single guy living in the New York metropolitan area. I oversubscribe my personal time and do not consider myself a cook by any means. So what do i do everyday - Order In or Take Out. I personally know of many others who work a lot and only eat out. We are all victims of the Order In/Take Out Culture. The food preparation techniques used by many of these restaurants is unknown let alone the source of their ingredients. What can be done to improve the quality of this type of food intake?
