The website also provides photos of the farmers. People are able to become aware of the farmers who grow the wheat and are able to appreciate their food and see a connection to nature.

I think this brings together a lot of elements. The journey from the field to the kitchen table, the story behind the food, and a sense of quality control. During the BSE crisis in Ireland a decade ago all meat produce had to be traced back to individual farms.
