Create a Greenbelt/farmers market. Each stall is a tiny farm and shoppers can buy food as fresh as it can be as well as learn about how their food is produced by seeing it for themselves.
Along a windy pathway a community of small farms is set up, each with a select number of produce. On 'market days' stalls are set up along the pathway in front of each farm. Visitors can buy produce and also see how it is grown and can ask stall holders advice for trying to grow their own produce at home.
Areas of pavilions can be put aside as well where products such as preserves, candles, soaps, sweets, and baked goods can also be made on premises and sold.
