After research and user's journey, interesting insights were discovered. There are language barriers for participants from non-English speaking countries, some also face self-confidence issues, sense of not belonging to this place, etc.Other discoveries made were that challenges lack empathy & are not shared enough. Hence other than rectifying design issues like long boring content, confusion of challenges phases, etc the above discussed issues are solved to make challenges more inclusive in everyway

What did you learn when developing the deliverables in response to the design brief?
A lot actually! For instance, it was very interesting to browse through contributions and see the varied perspectives and design solutions to the same design brief! As I designer I learned to make sure to keep going in and out of the user's shoe to deliver the most appropriate solution as possible. Additionally, I am glad to participate in this challenge and enjoyed solving a problem!
