Why do you want to be OpenIDEO's Visual and User Experience Designer?
I am excited about the opportunity to work hands-on with a group of creatives and across disciplines on projects to positively impact products and services in our society. As Visual and UX designer I aim to create enriching and delightful experiences and encourage meaningful interactivities, that are viable and true to our daily experiences.
I keep wondering how open is open in design and innovation. OpenIDEO ’s expertise, multi-dimensional nature + team + my knowledge & experience = enrich

What did you learn when developing the deliverables in response to the design brief?
My three key learnings:
I’ve learnt that inclusion has many faces.
I’ve learnt that fellow submissions are very interesting and varied from spot on inspiring to not answering the brief.
I’ve learnt that facilitating dialogue at various ‘stakeholder’ levels and at different scales is key to shaping good connections that are key to quality.
