TheSignForward aims to monitor immunization in Congo, focused on densely populated urban areas through a web platform that allows health structures to register, identify and track all the people who need to be vaccinate, starting from childhood. GAVI will be the central partner to support the request for vaccines besides central hospitals and NGOs.Explain the innovation (2,500 characters)

Who will work alongside your organization in the project idea? (1,000 characters)
We think that a human centered approach could be the key for a success improvement of Yemaja project. Starting to involve directly doctors / health workers and volunteers of NGOs operating in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. With their precious support we will be able to validate and iterate our process of acquiring the information in order to constitute and increase the database to monitoring the immunization. Observing and sharing the idea with doctors and volunteers at work will be the first step to understanding the effectiveness of Yemaja idea. Interviewing patients will allow us to increasingly align our project with their real needs so the project can be useful to all the community. We chosen Congo area but the project could be scaled in other world regions with the same needs.How is your idea unique? (750 characters)
Idea was born with the intent of reversing the negative concept of virality:the speed with which a virus is usually spread and sowing death is the same with which, thanks to the virtuous word of mouth system, we will be able to save lives.The prevention chain that triggers from an individual who registers his state of health and the health of the rest of his family is based on an unavoidable and valid aspect for any individual:the human relationship and the care for their family.The success of the Ring vaccination is known by all and this is why we want to exploit the peculiarities of digital devices to translate this flow of data from one network to another so as to visually process it and have feedback on the vaccination status in countryWhat is the name of your organization
