Picture this:
It's a quiet Saturday night, it's been snowing all day and you are sick of watching TV, you don't feel like reading a book, and you switch your computer on. You go into OpenIDEO and review the ongoing Challenge. Turns out you aren't the only one! You can see there is someone doing the same and you decide to message him/her and ask what they are looking at or what they are thinking. You start to develop a concept together, and out of that you have a bucketful of ideas! You jointly post the concept, and if you find that the transcripts could be useful you post that too!

What kind of social impact does this concept achieve?

This would impact the way this community works and therefore impact the end product of the challenges. This would also be in itself a way to help OpenIDEOers to grow in their personal/professional life. It would bring a dynamic component to collaborative experience and bring perhaps an additional human aspect to the communication process which isn't present when you simply post a comment on an idea.

What skills are required to take this concept forward?

- Tech skills in creating the infrastructure similar perhaps to that of Hangouts from Google+

How do you envision this concept being supported financially?

- Perhaps a strategic alliance with Google to integrate the tools they have in the process. - Licensing of resulting patents or ideas - Sponsorships by benefitted organizations -Donations
