There could be a competition where groups compete to sign up the most donors and complete swab testing--the winning group could be presented with a prize at the end of a specific time frame, to incentivize action and make the process fun.

The TOMS Take the Walk campaign challenges people to walk a mile without shoes, to raise awareness and demonstrate individually the everyday problem of millions of people in resource-limited settings, who do not have access to shoes.

Most people have a bucket list with all kinds of exotic travels, adventurous sports, & other aspirations that may or may not come true. How many people have "save a life" on theirs?

Can surfacing information about locals in need of donations inspire a community to take action? Can we leverage neighborhood pride and patriotism to help register donors?

Using Badges on social networking sites that display donation status could turn the experience into a game, where collecting points equates to donating marrow, blood, organs, etc.

It's not just bone marrow that needs donors: blood, organs and plasma donors are also needed. Let's create one national web-based registry that can take advantage of the economies of scale to create greater social impact!

People feel content if they receive as much value as they give out for something. Therefore the values must be equal on both sides. The donor or its family member could be waiting for a donor hopeless. Give them back the opportunity to be eligible.

In the U.S. on the first Tuesday of every November, people's shirt pockets suddenly explode with American flag icons and the words "I voted." How might we use a similar "I swabbed" campaign to inform and remind others?

Inspired by a diabetes map of the US which reveals health, income and socio-economic divides, I thought we can create a map of all bone marrow registered donors. This will allow us to find out which are the communities/areas where we have low number

Starbucks sells ~600,00 cups a day. That's ~18 million cups a month! Imagine how many people we could reach if a simple campaign to register was printed on a cup and/or a sleeve.

Dr. Clare W. Graves outlined a values-based map of the always unfolding human psyche that world leaders such as Nelson Mandela, Tony Blair, and Bill Clinton have used to solve world problems and is now being used in the sustainability movement.

Why do so many people sign up to be organ donors? They do it without thinking at the DMV. Getting that orange sticker is just a normal part of life - most new drivers and their families don't even think about what it means.
