Donating Stories to Collect Donors

Collecting personal experiences. Connecting to different Cultures through Storytelling. What if there was a way to use the concept of StoryCorps to collect stories from donors, recipients, and potential recipients combined with mobile clinics?

THE STORY

After reviewing Chloe Tseung's post on "Are we missing anything?" and looking at exploring "Culture" more I thought about how storytelling is a big part of many if not all cultures. And that led to StoryCorps: Every Voice Matters http://storycorps.org/. "StoryCorps is an independent nonprofit whose mission is to provide Americans of all backgrounds and beliefs with the opportunity to record, share, and preserve the stories of our lives."

These stories can give a face to cause and potential donors something personal and real to connect to.

I love this LaToya. Having a story behind a donation or potential donation adds a personal touch to the situation. It also builds empathy around the subject.
