Using Captive Audiences...

This concept builds on the idea that requests for donations can be made and the cheek swabbing materials distributed to people while they wait at the DMV. Why not expand to the concept to other captive audiences with time on their hands and build in incentive structures.

This concept builds on the idea that requests for donations can be made and the cheek swabbing materials distributed to people while they wait at the DMV. Why not expand to the concept to other captive audiences with time on their hands and build in incentive structures.



1. Waiting at the doctor's office

Education opportunities

Incentive: Receive educational materials (and a lolly pop?)

2. Waiting for your prescription at a pharmacy

Education opportunities

Incentive: Receive a few dollars off your prescription price or a discount on something else

3. Waiting for a table at a popular restaurant at lunch time

Incentive: Get yourself moved up on the list for a table

4. Waiting in line at Disney World

Incentive: Get yourself moved up in line or a discount on some other fun thing to do at DW

4. Waiting in line for the new iPad

Incentive: Get moved up in line

5. Waiting in airport lounges or on planes

Education opportunities through short video or on back of seat advertising

Incentive: Get a free drink, or extra miles, or a voucher for something else

Having cheek swabbing available and promoted on flights seems to me to be a great plan because it reaches such a worldwide audience. It makes me think you could also extend the plan to trains and buses that are long trips? Lovely concept!
