A lot of companies host team building offsites for their teams - why not take the team to a remote village and leverage the skills of the team to teach/build/coach the kids. There would also be team building exercises as part of the program so teams get to bond while doing something great.

Who would implement this?

  • A big company
  • A globally-based social entrepreneur

This could tap into the CSR budgets of corporations - an NGO or local entrepreneur could offer the team building program and it would be sponsored by the corporate.
