Using digital information, we can add up the amount calories you have been consuming. When calorie information is added up and recorded, it becomes very different in it's impact to a small box on the packaging that nobody wants to look at, besides the health obsessed. Make calorie counting digital, useful, easier and fun.

Implement a simple to understand food ranking system on a 0-100 scale that helps kids easily appraise the differences between fresh foods and other foods. Enable them to make those choices at the school cafeteria. Create incentives to scoring healthy food points and healthy plate food combinations.

Qi Power Foods...let’s keep our foods working for our own good in a healthy, tasty, fast and powerful way. 
If Junk food can be tasty with unhealthy ingredients, healthy ingredients can be well cooked can tremendously tasting. When i cook for children they seem to like it because i cook in a way that makes healthy food strongly tasty. Also when is the first time i give them something new, i ”blackmail” them with a natural sweet like goji berries or some rice malt candies.

To curate a short term program spanning over every school subject/discipline where every class  shall inform the last & the next.  A holistic and heuristic approach that makes sense and thus creates the relationships needed for pure understanding and behavioral change. As it is structures that arrive out of content and not content out of structures.  Use design methodologies as models for every subject, designs investigative nature can change habits, neurons, & ultimately lifes.

This has been in the news a lot recently, and has been joked about by Stephen Colbert, but it's true. Much of modern food marketing feeds the idea that kids require different foods than their parents, and that over-processed, non-food "foods" are somehow a smart choice. It's time for this to end.

My personal approach to this is fairly simple: make healthy food for your kids, get them involved in helping you make it, and treat it like it's normal food. Teach kids what real food is, and show them how much you love it, and they'll love it.

Japanese elementary school lunch system allows the kids to be close to what they eat.  Every day, the kids serve themselves with the lunch that the veteran nutritionist has designed.  Serving each other makes them think about menus, how to divide evenly to all classmates, how to use the cooking tools, think about the food itself, etc which enhances the interest toward food.  Who can be NOT interested in a good smelling big pot of healthy food when they're in touch every day??

Mixing vegetables of different colors is like mixing tempera paints. 
By color an adult can attract the attention of children and teach them how to prepare healthy soups and juices. Mix fruits and vegetables of different colors to see what color you get. By doing so children can learn that the color of soups and juices depends on what ingredients are used.
