There is a lot of sugar in sugary drinks.  How much is there?  How much is too much?  How is this information best communicated?

New Ads Debuted on TV and Buses Showing How These Drinks Sound Healthy But Can Have More Sugar than Soda and Can Contribute to Obesity and Diabetes.

WHAT TYPES OF MESSAGES WILL PROMOTE HEALTHY BEHAVIORS AND MOTIVATE FOLK TO CHANGE UNHEALTHY ONES?

The Center for Disease Control launched the "Tips From Former Smokers Campaign"  in 2013.  The campaign focuses on quality of life issues that smokers face secondary to health complications from smoking.  It was extremely effective.

PROMOTING WELLNESS and MOTIVATING BEHAVIOR CHANGE

Can messages about quality of life promote wellness behavior and nudge folk to take steps to change unhealthy habits?  

Might reminding folk what matters most, what experiences they enjoy, and combine this with tools and information, help them to develop and sustain healthy habits?

In the past I had so many arguments with my mother about my soda consuming habits, so when I sent her the video she said " now you believe ? " I sent her back "I always believed but its the content what inspire !" ! :D
anyway its very smart video and its very inspiring !
