Who is the target audience for your idea and how does it inspire the end user to lead a healthier life?

Demography of people mostly living alone in a new city. With fast lifestyle and work commitments they often overlook on their eating out patterns. Such a system can help them not only look at their eating-out impressions in their locality but also suggest them eating options based on their immediate nutritional intake. Thus helping them lead a healthier eating-out habit as well as a balanced nutritional diet plan.

Home food is always healthier but it can be a luxury for people staying alone in a stranger city. As a person new to the city mostly living in shared and inexpensive accommodation options available, the best feasible option to have some great food experience is eating out. First you look for options, then you run out of options. To be precise, eating out can never equate to the balance, nutrition and palate variations available at home.

In a recently published story, "Koramangala" and "Indiranagar", the downtown of Bangalore, if appropriate to call, has the highest density of restaurants in India. Apparently the population of new dwellers in the city, most of them young tech-workers, is also the highest around these areas. With precisely 1032 restaurants in Indiranagar and 587 restaurants in Koramangala, one can actually eat out daily for more than 5 years.

The idea draws upon this imaginary scenario of "5 Years of eating out". But even in reality we find ourselves eating out every alternate day. Problems following that are many. We trade of with balanced distribution of dietary components in our natural diet. Mood swings generally supersedes body needs. Can we have a system, which can help us plan our daily diet? A diet calendar, which helps us to choose Lebanese over Continental on a diet-off day? Or a restaurant listing, which lists the eating option based on “healthy index” as per the day of the week.

What early, lightweight experiment can you try out in your own community to find out if the idea will meet your expectations?

1). Listing out local restaurants based on the food options availability. 2). Ranking of the restaurants based on the personal nutrition calendar (Need of personalization)
