A lot of the time when we talking about health is what we eat and how much we exercise. Those are definitely important, but I think we rarely talk about the invisible health-mental health. Good mental health can be developed when we have a closer tight to our community. When you live in a multi-culture society, you might be limited to the outside world due to language proficiency, culture or religion.
We can design an online platform or propose a program to the local city to start this.
The idea is to gather multiple individual or 2 families with different background to meet online or in-person on 6 month-1 year period on a monthly basis.
Each time they can eat, have coffee/tea, or workout together and talk. The topic can be anything.
My goal is to build a bridge between individuals/ families who wants to learn and be learned by other people. This can be across the world or within a local community.
