What challenges or opportunities are you trying to address within the problem? (200 characters or less)

How might we make it user-friendly for older adults with Osteoporosis access useful resources & build community to share experience & support each other to prevent future fracture?

This would be a resource leaflet to be distributed by the doctor to the patients after the older adults have diagnosed with Osteoporosis. For example, the resource leaflet will include resources available in National Osteoporosis Foundation (NOF) website (https://www.nof.org/patients/patient-support/), useful apps, diets, exercise, services for older adults with osteoporosis.

Who is your target end user and why will they be interested? (650 characters or less)

The target end user will be the older adults with Osteoporosis. The resource leaflet will provide useful resources, websites, apps, services, communities related to post-fracture care journey. The production of the leaflet & website could charge a marketing fee for the websites listed in the resource leaflet, including osteoporosis medical providers, medication & service companies.

How is your idea scaleable? (650 characters or less)

As the resources and information are mostly online, the idea could be transferable to a large number of patients and networks in US.

What do/will you measure to know if your solution worked? (500 characters or less)

- Number of resource guide distributed or downloaded from the website - Number of click rates increased in the listed resource websites - Number osteoporosis patients joined the osteoporosis local or online community - Engagement % of osteoporosis patients - Reduction of second fracture after launching the resource guide - Reduction of second fracture who joined the community group
