What challenges or opportunities are you trying to address within the problem? (200 characters or less)

We are focusing on how we can prevent the target from fracturing. Old people has difficulties to start doing exercise and also continue because there is no clear reason to continue.

Our solution is to create a special program for kinder-garden. The program is a soft exercise for kids and also old people. The kindergarden is suffering from lack of employees. And on the other side old people have time and energy but no reason to focus on doing exercise unless they feel they need a reason to do so. So by assigning these old people as an instructor for this program they are going to be prevented for fracturing their bone.

Who is your target end user and why will they be interested? (650 characters or less)

Old people who lives in city area where kindergarden is suffering. Most of the old people loves kids. So if they have a reason to be involved in the process that will be a strong motivator for them to participate and continue.

How is your idea scaleable? (650 characters or less)

Our program will start from a simple exercise menu but eventually will add some wearble devices and more menu. So this will enable to use this place as a marketing platform. And once we have supporters we can expand it all over. And one of the key point is that in some of the developed countries aging society is a huge problem.

What do/will you measure to know if your solution worked? (500 characters or less)

We will have PDCA cycle asking about the satisfaction rate of the people involved both the old and kids. And once we are able to deliver the wearable devices we can track health data. These data will provide us a real number of how much they are happy and also how much the old people are doing exercise.

What is the current stage of development of your idea?
