OsteoStrong is not my idea, but I'm a customer of theirs. It gives me hope that I won't end up like my mom. I already have mild Osteopenia, and she's got severe Osteoporosis. The only exercise I love doing is cycling, especially mountain biking. Which does nothing to strengthen my bones! When I heard about OsteoStrong I thought it must be too good to be true. But it seemed they had enough scientific data to prove it works, and it's not too expensive, so if it doesn't work, I'm not out too much money. That was an important point.
I have started OsteoStrong twice before this round, first because I moved to San Mateo and didn't want to go all the way to Danville to do it. So I got tired of waiting, and dove in. Then about a month later, I tripped and fell, breaking a bone in my hand. So I had to take a couple months off. I'm back in it again, and have faith that this will help me keep my bones strong enough to handle the falls I take as a cyclist. I've broken a LOT of bones.
