The quiz results do seem accurate although as a leader I feel that I often am less thanked than when I thank others. This can get frustrating after time but you also cannot force anyone to thank you for what you do. Taking this quiz made me think of all of the ways that I could encourage gratitude within my peers. There are so many things to think about and it can be hard to remember that even showing a small amount of gratitude could dramatically change your organization. The quiz provides suggestions of alterations you could make to increase gratitude which I thought was a beneficial resource.

Hi Nicole Hallacy ,

Great to have you in the challenge, and diving into such an important topic. Thank you for sharing your score. Have you experienced workplaces in which gratitude was more of an emnphasized cultural value? What affect did this have on your work?

Also, is there any chance you could find an image to go along with your post? Images help grab attention and tell a story. You should be able to use the Edit Contribution button on the top of your post and follow the instructions to add images from there.

Looking forward to seeing more of your inspiring insights on OpenIDEO.
