The quiz results do seem accurate although as a leader I feel that I often am less thanked than when I thank others. This can get frustrating after time but you also cannot force anyone to thank you for what you do. Taking this quiz made me think of all of the ways that I could encourage gratitude within my peers. There are so many things to think about and it can be hard to remember that even showing a small amount of gratitude could dramatically change your organization. The quiz provides suggestions of alterations you could make to increase gratitude which I thought was a beneficial resource.
