To build an organization, community or country, it requires thoughtful, step by step achievable goals and a visionary leadership. The culture and the environment of the organization provokes everyone to be helpful, thankful and grateful to each others. It cannot be achieved overnight, but should be practiced regularly. Gratitude is a heart opener for yourself and your relationship with your world and others.

It requires courage and openness to express honest gratitude to others. In today's throat cutting environment at workplaces, it is hard to find such practices for honest gratitude. But as per the ancient Indian proverb "You reap what you sow" - you eventually have to face up to the consequences of your actions. So if we seek recognition and appreciation for our work, we also need to appreciate others for their work which would be benefited for both - giver and taker of gratitude.

I believe grateful culture at organization would enhance the productivity and usefulness of the employee, turns into real happiness for them.
