I have done real deep findings on gratitude by interviewing Mr. Pragnesh Raval (Colleague).

As per him, gratitude means appreciate someone for their efforts which ultimately motivates the person, makes them feel good for what they have done for the organizations, encourages them to go beyond their limit, to release work pressure, make surrounding enlightened. Every day he greets his admin staff and appreciates their work even if it is small amount of efforts. This small gesture of appreciation and greetings make the person feel good, happy and inspire a person to do all the work without any negative impression. He said that his gratitude towards his staff bring energy and make the pleasant atmosphere in admin department and the same atmosphere makes them able to handle that routine work pressure. They celebrate everyone’s birthday, anniversary, etc which connect them not only by work but by heart too.
