I scored a 61/80, suggesting that people in my work environment show a great deal of gratitude and making me reflect on how important it is to be grateful for all the little things at work. Even though I am a relatively new employee, my boss and coworkers always make sure to show appreciation for the things that might seem small to me but can make a big difference in someone else’s day; this is in stark contrast to my previous job where quality work was barely ever acknowledged. This quiz reminded me that everyone wants to be appreciated for their contributions, and going forward I should strive to give others the same amount of gratitude that I receive myself.
