FAMILY CULTURE AT WORKPLACE

I had taken a survey and I think it is very important to have gratitude everywhere.

I believe gratitude really is like a superpower, enhancing more “good” in our lives as we focus on what we really really appreciate and put our energy there and it puts us in a more intimate relationship with others and our world once we express it and receive it fully.

What is a provocation or insight that might inspire others during this challenge?

1) Louise Hay’s approach 2) Family culture at work place 3) Heart opener 4) Win –Win situation

Tell us about yourself

I am working as Assistant professor in Engineering college. I had tried to make the culture of paying gratitude in our college by thanking and by different ways. Management had also taken initiative by giving reward and appreciation. I want that Gratitude should be accepted universally at work place
