I interned as a business analyst in Beijing, China in the last summer. People usually express their gratitude to their colleague by paying for their lunch. If it is a big favor, people will go out for dinner and buy drinks during the dinner to further express their gratitude.

What is a provocation or insight that might inspire others during this challenge?

I think paying for other's meal is always a great way to express gratitude. People are also able to talk and know more about each other during the meal.

Tell us about yourself

I am a senior business student. My overseas experiences have certainly given me some insights about the subject.
