When we share with others our gratitude for someone else, whether because of something they have done, or because of a characteristic they have, it gives others a new way to see and treat that individual.  It allows others to explore why they are grateful for their co-workers, subordinates, bosses, or others and be bold enough to express it.

Tell us about yourself

I am an attorney and mother. I have raised seven children (4 of my own) and been through difficult work environments as well as personal ones. My experience is that when I express gratitude for someone, it makes others less likely to criticize that person and can help them find ways to be grateful
