Gratitude to me is the ability of being thankful as a result of a certain behavior someone show towards achieving a goal or objectives, it can also be a return for kindness.
Factors leading to Gratitude:
when i was a junior worker at a printing press, their are several factors which lead me to show gratitude to my boss as a result of him being appreciative. some of which are:
1. Daily allowance.
2. Ability to go for studies when school resume is over:
when ever am going back to school, my boss usually gives extra cash to go with, and also may call to hear how your journey was.
3. He also apologize when ever work keeps you late from closing.
4. Feeding allowance
As a result of this, my way of showing gratitude is i never complain when ever i close late from work, and also i try as much as possible to come early next day.
Also due to this, when ever there is too much work during the working days, which requires weekend to be competed. i personally will suggest Saturday or sunday so as to finish and deliver the work at the right time.
