A philosophical quiz

While gratitude is important, it should not become oversaturated in the workplace.

Looking at the results of this quiz, I believe that it is a fairly accurate representation of gratitude in my workplace. One aspect that came to mind when answering the questionnaire was the extent to which too much gratitude could be a bad thing. If one continuously receives gratitude for the most minute tasks he or she completes, then the inherent value of doing such tasks diminishes. While it is important to receive praise for the work one does, it should not be overvalued to the point where it can be seen as commonplace. Ultimately, I believe that this quiz is valuable in not only determining the role of gratitude in the workplace, but how such a role various occupationally and can ultimately shape the profession one works in.
