The University of Michigan is known for many things including their athletic programs, research facilities and amazing academics. Being such a large academic school, sometimes the students can get forgotten. Although this is true, I feel that the University of Michigan does a great job of appreciating their students. The teachers at the University of Michigan make the students feel appreciated. In addition to the teachers making the students feel appreciated, students also end up appreciating the school more.

Hi Mae,

Great to have you in the Challenge! In what ways do faculty members make students feel appreciated? Are there other groups on campus that also spark gratitude?

Also, is there any chance you could find an image to go along with your post? Images help grab attention and tell a story. You should be able to use the Edit Contribution button on the top of your post and follow the instructions to add images from there.

Looking forward to seeing more of your inspiring insights on OpenIDEO.
