The idea would be a fun way for employees to celebrate their team spirit, use it as a means of expressing gratitude to their co-workers, and to display the power that gratitude holds to brighten up a workplace and bring people closer together.

This idea could be part of a larger "Gratitude Day" or a stand-alone activity. The night before the activity, managers would bring their teams together to fill balloons using Helium gas, as a means of bonding teams by bringing people in the same room and doing fun activities like recording team videos while speaking in high pitched tones stimulated through inhaling Helium. These balloons will be placed at the entrance of each team's working space.

The next day, employees would come in, grab a balloon, and give it to a co-worker to express their gratitude for the work that they put in as part of the team. The balloons would then be taken and placed at each recipient's desk, with the hope that by the end of the day, the entire working space will be filled with balloons of different colors, celebrating team spirit and gratitude.
