A Training module can be prepared for how to express gratitude within the organization. It contains how many different ways to express gratitude and what are impacts on other persons or organization. Once he/she aware of the impact of showing gratitude, he/she will inspire/motivate team members toward the respectful environment.

Idea Title

Many time we don't know how to express with our co-worker

How the Idea will inspire the experience and expression of gratitude within an organization.

This idea will inspire the employee by building the habit of empathy. Most people want to express gratitude. But they don’t know how to or they don’t know the perfect moment. This Training module trains the people of organization to create thankful environment by showing the gratitude daily, weekly, or monthly. Training module gives the feeling of self learning rather than human teaching.

Who are you innovating for?

Police officer and constables of police station.

What type of workplaces are you innovating for?

Government bodies those are directly connected with citizens.

How you envision the Idea being introduced to your selected organization?

Starting from head of department/police station to the constable and peon.

What obstacles, if any, do you foresee in implementing this Idea, and how would they be overcome?

First Obstacle is Accepting this manual in regular procedure. So we can create the app which provides online training. Another obstacle is that users must be aware with technologies to use the app. We can overcome this by offline training module.

How will you test and prototype your solution?

Test at end of month, which includes basic scenarios where employee need to select best gratitude expression and also needs to select where they felt hesitation in showing gratitude.

What immediate next steps will you take if you receive an implementation grant.

Redesign of training module which will be scalable. Propose to other stations nearby areas.
