Hi Anita Ramamurthy !

This idea is really exciting! As an employee working for an automotive company myself, I can definitely see the potential for this to be a low-cost, high-impact idea that can be scaled across the company.

I'm wondering if there is a way for your team to prototype what this could look like? One way could be to stick Post-It Notes on monitors when an employee has left the building for the day, so that they see this the first thing in the morning when they come into work.

Additionally, would these gratitude notes be given from one employee to another, or would they be computer-generated? Do you have any thoughts on how you could keep these notes feeling fresh, so that they don't lose their authenticity?

Excited to learn more!
