How the Idea will inspire the experience and expression of gratitude within an organization.

The entire organization.

What type of workplaces are you innovating for?

Non-profit or any organization or corporation.

How you envision the Idea being introduced to your selected organization?

Monthly science and strategy based themed workshops, weekly online Vlog with a blog attachment and charts themes changed monthly supported by a Well being space in which to practice

What obstacles, if any, do you foresee in implementing this Idea, and how would they be overcome?

We believe employees are often concerned about taking personal time. By charting this, it allows employees know that management is behind this. Also, we are providing a "A Gratitude Moment" sign in which to put on their desks when they are away earing wellbeing points.

How will you test and prototype your solution?

We will be able to interview and tally points with employees on their progress.

What immediate next steps will you take if you receive an implementation grant.

We could bring this to a national level where other Federation implement such a program.

At what stage of development is your Idea?

  • Prototyping: You have conducted some small tests or experiments with prospective users and will continue developing idea through these tests.
  • Piloting: You have started to implement your solution as a whole with a first set of real users. You may have started to develop a business model for your idea, including identifying key customer segments, relevant partnerships, go-to-market strategy, and draft financials.

I have consulted to other companies that have used charting work-based system (phone calls and meetings). I believe this can be used for a wellbeing/gratitude program.

I am an Integrative Coach, Meditation Practitioner, hold a PhD, is a EYT 300 registered Yoga Instructor and developed the integrated MMM Program that teaches participants the science and strategies for creating sustainable change, using the most effective tools, including didactic and group dynamics, helping individuals live healthier, happier and more productive lives.
