How the Idea will inspire the experience and expression of gratitude within an organization.

Apart from offering workers days or weeks on leave, there needs a time when the entire organization sets apart a particular day dedicated for celebration after an organizational set target has been realized. This seeks to appreciate one another for all the efforts and hardwork towards realizing the goal.

How well would this scale with larger organizations that are not able to take a day off just to throw a party? How regularly are parties held? If there are too many, employees may not take the job seriously. A whole day seems like it may take up too much time and may end up setting the organization behind.

Joseph, I like the idea of a dedicated day for the happiness of employees and giving opportunity for them to spend some time with colleagues and employers. However, I think Alex's questions should be taken into account for a further development. It might not be so effective in terms of organizations. The balance is very crucial.

Thanks Alex
This would mean a one time party day off preferably on one of the public holidays that take place in different countries.
Scaling the idea in larger organizations would also require discipline and making it part of the organization.
