How the Idea will inspire the experience and expression of gratitude within an organization.
This idea emphasis on employees and employers to drop comments of appreciation for any employees throughout the month. At the end of the month, The person receiving most of the gratitude comments will be chosen as a gratitude receiver of the month. It aims at achieving two things. 1) giving a platform to the employer for expressing their views. Sometimes employer also forgets verbally at the particular moment to show gratitude towards their work. This will help them put into the drop box anytime. 2) Healthy competition is expected to raise employee motivation and working more efficiently.

I am innovating for myself and my future employees. ....!!!!
What type of workplaces are you innovating for?
I am innovating for the workplace which is very traditional and not much of the conversation happens regarding appreciation of work. It helps in realizing the importance of the gratitude. After certain point of time, it becomes habit and will be implemented in the day to day office culture.
How you envision the Idea being introduced to your selected organization?
I prefer it to be introduced by myself. I can be seen as a mandatory policy which will help in making workplace better.
What obstacles, if any, do you foresee in implementing this Idea, and how would they be overcome?
I feel that employees may not use this platform efficiently. It may happen that this platform will be utilize to criticize others.
How will you test and prototype your solution?
I will test it in my family business. Actually, this test run is already going on in India. I am expecting results next month.
What immediate next steps will you take if you receive an implementation grant.
I wish to improve the necessity of the gratitude and why it is an unforgettable part in the organization which is very much important in increasing efficiency and seeing the employees more than just human labour.

Please describe from where your Idea emerged
This idea has emerged out of my experience. At the job, I usually do not get gratitude so I constantly feel the need of it. I have also seen myself working very delightfully on days when I receive gratitude towards me.
