"Innovation Academy UCD is a unit of University College Dublin, and was established through the Innovation Alliance between University College Dublin and Trinity College Dublin. Since then it has expanded from its initial focus on working with PhDs. Today the Academy works with undergraduates, postgraduates, and educators, and with organisations and partners beyond academia."

I visited these folks a year ago and was impressed by their capacity to serve multiple constituencies from PhD students to the unemployed as would-be entrepreneurs.  They are not a flashy organization but have developed a nice range of protocols for delivering programs to these various audiences in a manner worth emulating. Great blend of high level university relations and genuine community serving work.
