A very familiar place, which I understand there feeding and pattern, working there as technologist in federal polytechnic, ilaro

Describe the People and Place: Provide information that would be helpful for an outsider who has never been there and may have no context about this Place to better understand the area.

Ilaro, ogun state, is a South Western region of the Nigeria with yoruba dialet.

They eat more starch food especially tuber and cereal food. 

There climatic weather support the farming system and expansion basically tuber such as cassava.

There is limited crop consuming in this area and Nigeria at large, so this research and project will arouse the consumption of neglected food in the nation at large

Challenges: Describe the current (2020) and the future (2050) challenges that your food system faces.

The food pattern in current 2020 is alarming due to increased in population, which can lead to food insufficient. 2050 food agenda will improve food security, processing and storage which will surely effectively improve the consumption pattern of the populace

Address the Challenges: Describe how your Vision will address the challenges described in the previous question.

Yes, there Is stress on the utilized and staple. Food we are consuming are limited.

It will increase differs of food and making them available for consumption which will tackling protein energy malnutrition, reduce poverty and promote economic development.

High Level Vision: With these challenges addressed, now provide a high level description of how the Place and the lives of its People will be different than they are now.

More healthy because of the high nutritional food that will be available to them anytime they want to access it.

Full Vision: How do you describe your Vision for a regenerative and nourishing food future for your Place and People for 2050?

The vision covered all food toolkits. Availability of nutritious brings about good health, automatically government will spend less on health and importation challenge. Diverse local food will be available for consumption everywhere in the country at large
