Started NGO in Bangkok in 2016, opened in Phuket 2019. Thailand was selected to prove the concept and grow volume. 

Describe the People and Place: Provide information that would be helpful for an outsider who has never been there and may have no context about this Place to better understand the area.

The hospitality industry is growing and food waste is a big environmental and social challenge. 

What is the estimated population (current 2020) in your Place?


Challenges: Describe the current (2020) and the future (2050) challenges that your food system faces.

The growth in the hospitality industry creates food waste and opportunities for nutritional optimization for the poor. 

Address the Challenges: Describe how your Vision will address the challenges described in the previous question.

We create minimum impact, easy-to-join solutions making redistribution of food waste better and cheaper than throwing it away. Convincing the stake holders in the good industry yields the largest gains avoiding landfill methane gasses and feeding the needy. 

High Level Vision: With these challenges addressed, now provide a high level description of how the Place and the lives of its People will be different than they are now.

Access to nutrition will change from money to proper need-based distribution. The food industry stakeholders will work closer together serving those unable to acquire good nutrition th no-cost surplus food, avoiding environmental impacts. .
